do actors realise what fame will bring?

theres a history based show on tv, of whom some of the actors are on twitter. some rarely reply, saying theyre too busy which i feel defeats the whole object of them being on twitter but one is always on there writing self important rubbish about himself, yet he rarely replies to fans and when he does, he often sends unpleasant replies, its as tho he gets a kick out of letting them know that theyre bothering him. Im thinking maybe he doesnt realise what message this sends to kids and what it says about him and it seems that none of them realise what the point of twitter is.

The only reason they are there is because it's considered to be the done thing now, yes the majority are rubbish and their tweets are so dry its obvious their agent writes them for publicity but the thing about twitter is that nobody really knows how to use it properly this guy if he's getting abuse off a follower should'nt air it just dm it or just block them rather than publicly trying to humilate them or round up a posse to bully them using other followers to do so.

There are some real aholes celebs on there who only ever tweet their celeb friends or endlessly plug their rubbish books etc and only speak to those who shares the same mindset/social class.

A majority of the reason celebrities opt to not reply to fans on twitter is because most of the time you have somebody attempting to "meet" them or "get signed" by them.In today's world, you should never "meet" with anybody you meet online, unless it's at a well organized & largely populated public facility, such as a mall.Most celebrities don't reply because most of their tweets from fans are those people attempting to "get signed" or "meet them in person".& the group who send positive tweets to their celebrity of choice, the numbers are just way too many.It's understandable why they don't reply to one because, if you reply to one, you have to reply to everybody to be fair.I'm sure they read the tweets from their fans, at least until they got bored doing that, but they don't have the time on their hands to continuously reply to everybody.It's just time consuming & celebrities have other things to do with their time, such as working on new projects to keep their fans happy, some of which turn angry if they don't receive the new project in a timely manner.
