How do I promote my gofundme?
Unfortunately this past year has been extremely terrible for my family and I can no longer stay with my parents. I created a gofundme account to help supplement the income while I go to school and get an Associate's degree. My parents can't help me out because they've had a lot of medical bills since my mom has cancer.

I looked into private loans and even with a cosigner no one will approve me for a private loan. I took as much as they allowed me from federal loans and got the pell grant, but they're not enough to support both of us while I go to college. I applied for the only scholarship they offer at my school and it's now past the notification date so I know I didn't get it.

So far my uncle has helped out a little and one of my friends helped out a little as well with the gofundme account I created, but not enough help. If I were to even just get one dollar per person from 2,750 people then I would make the goal, but I don't know how to get that kind of exposure.

At this rate, my son and I might end up in a homeless shelter. I also applied for rental assistance, but I'm still on the wait list. Hopefully you guys can help me find out ways to promote it other than facebook.

If any of you are willing to help pass it along as well, the site link is: http://www.gofundme.com/73f2ig

I appreciate your taking this time to read this and to respond for those of you who do.

You are doing it!!!
Keep it up by constantly self promoting it like you just did. You can post links to your go fund me account on Yahoo,FB,Twitter,Instagram, local newspapers, local TV stations etc.
You may also try to set up a fundraiser for your mom at a local VFW hall to help offset any costs.
Just be honest and lay your heart out and all will come in due time.
I hope it all works out for you.
