Virgin media superhub not working?
For some reason I can connect to the router but the internet just doesn't work? It is really starting to irritate me now, I have tried rebooting it but nothing has changed? I really need help

Phone Virgin Media (150 from a Virgin phone) If they can't sort it over the phone, they will send an engineer.
