C:/Documents&Settings/User/Local/Google/Chrome/Themes

But i Cant Evan Find The Local Folder I Dont Have One ? HELP?

clck on start ,- click on ` my computer , right click on Drive C ,- select explore ,,- clck on program files ..Scroll down to folder called Google .Its in there (or should be ) along with other google programs.

These files/folders may be "hidden". To un-hide them, do this;
Click "Tools" â–º "Folder Options" â–º "View" Tab â–º "Show hidden files..." â–º Apply

Google Chrome is also installed in a different location for Vista and XP;

XP --- C:\ â–º Documents and Settings â–º UserName â–º Local Settings â–º Application Data â–º Google â–º Chrome

VISTA --- C:\ â–º Users â–º UserName â–º AppData â–º Local â–º Google â–º Chrome

However, if you installed Google Chrome through the Google Pack, the install location will be different to that of above. It should be here;

XP & VISTA --- C:\ â–º Program Files â–º Google â–º Chrome

type " chrome " in search box
right click " google chrome "
click " open file location "
