social network question related to business?

I'm relatively new to affiliate marketing.

I've set up a blog webpage.

My next step is to bring in traffic.

The part about social networking gives me a headache.

I've started a new account for pretty all the big ones out there. Eg fb, twitter, pinterest, g+.

Fb and twitter are obviously the ones on top.

Remember, i've started a fresh account with all them bc I want to keep my business and personal life separated from e/o.

The problem:

On facebook esp. How do people get so many people to like or become friends?

Every time I try to add people fb keeps suspending me for 7 days!

So i'm stuck and can't add more people.

Same goes for twitter. I'll try and send out tweets to people with same interest and twitter will suspend me!

How do all these gurus teach about fb n all the other social networks out there but never explain how its actually done?

I can't grow my friends list. And I need to figure out how to do this if someone out there knows a way to go about this please let me on it.

Make your Facebook fan page interesting. Make it more useful for visitors. Over a period of time you will start getting Likes.

More and more people are using them.

Put up a facebook fan page for your blog. I don't know what niche you are in but post things that engage people.It should really trigger their emotions. If you are in the weight loss niche,post before/after pics. The idea is to get a lot of likes,comments and shares. Once you manage to do that you get the facebook domino effect. Post every 3 hours. Facebook lets you schedule your posting. Use 2 hours once a week to schedule all your posts. One post every 3 hours is 8 pr day. 7 out of 8 should be posts that can potentially get a lot of likes and shares and 1 out of 8 should be your traffic generator with a link to your blog. When you get 2k+ likes you could make it 2 out of 8. You get the picture right?

How to get likes to your facebook fan page at the start?
-If you are in the weight loss niche,you could call your page something like "great before/after pics". A title like that is more likely to get likes than a page called "easy weight loss solutions"

-Start commenting other fan pages in your niche status updates. You can even spam them with a direct link to your fanpage. If you have an appealing picture and a catchy title you will get a lot of likes this way.

-Facebook ads. Spend $5 a day on ads and you will get 30-50 likes a day just that way.

-Join s4s (share for share) groups on facebook. This is basicly groups where fanpage owners meet. If you share aanother fanpage to your followers he will do the same thing. Find fanpages that have the same amount of followers as you.
