Should I friend him on FB? Or should I assume that he doesn't want to?

b/c he hasn't friended me first? Me & my crush have been working together for a month. He tells me I smell good, that we make a terrific team & that it's always a pleasure working with me. We laugh all day long together at dumb stuff too. He's told me more than once that he thought about me when putting his work uniform on. He laughs at my dumb jokes & compliments me a lot. And if I don't get work done he says he'll take care of it for me. So I figured he liked me back. Should I friend him on FB? Or should I assume that he doesn't want to communicate outside of work?

YEAH, he LIKES you. If he DIDN'T, he wouldn't be TALKING to you. He's even doing some work FOR you. So YES, do that. Send him a friend invite. That'll show that you care about him outside of work.

it's not like he's gonna say "ooh, a FB invite from a girl i talk to all the time. I better not accept it because I only talk to her at work and all day."

geez. Be thankful that a guy is being that open. A lot of girls have no idea whether guys like them or not. He does. Like him back.
