Do you have a Chrome Book? I need reviews!?

I've been thinking about buying a Chrome Book.. Because it looks great and it looks like a simple laptop that operates easily. I might ask some stupid questions so bare with me, because the point of this post is to educate myself about this laptop.

It supports flash right? Not like apple.. ?
Can you download and install programs like on a windows computer/laptop like win zip and extract programs and files?

I wanna know if it can handle these types of things.

I don't have a Chromebook.

It's not like other laptops that one can buy and use when not connected to the internet. It's more useful when you have online connectivity all the time.

As for Flash - it supports flash on websites according to:
