I don't understand my cousin?

My female cousin ignores me all the time never says hello, declined my friend request on Facebook but sometimes she randomly asks if I already ate and how is school and them just answers back with , Good! And laughs , I find her so arrogant!

she's probably competing with you in some weird way, for example if you told her that you are doing poorly and have no boyfriend she will laugh, but if you say you are doing great and have lots of friends and a boyfriend she will be mad. she's only doing it as a way to make her self feel better. you should just ignore her
