How do you get a celebrity to follow you on twitter?

Ok I'm new to twitter and followed a few celebrity's and I'm trying to send them a direct message but it says they have to follow you and I can't send it so how do you get them to follow you also I only got 3 followers and want alot so how do you get alot of followers to

It's hard to get them to follow you, so dont worry about getting celebs to follow you. if you want new followers just tweet interesting stuff with hashtags.

Ok. Well for someone who's been on twitter for almost a year now. Lemme tell ya, it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a celeb to follow you. but if you really want them to. you have to spam the hell out of them to get them to notice you. and by spam i mean like tweet them 15 times a minute. and just keep going as fast as you can. like copy and paste a tweet and keep sending it to them, and hopefully they'll notice you. but celebs have a lot of followers so even if you might do that, there are other people doing the exact same you're doing. so hopefully your lucky.
Ok so here is a few tips to getting alot of followers:
First you need a cute icon picture. A nice avi = more followers
Second: you HAVE to have an awesome bio. Be creative and funny and not to blunt
third: you have to have an awesome account. Pimp out your account. make sure you have a great background, and awesome header and nice username
Fourth: Follow people! If you follow people, alot of them will follow you back. and who ever isnt following you back, just unfollow them by using an unfollowing twitter tool (you can look for one on google)
Fifth: Be creative and funny with your tweets. Everyone likes someone funny, and creative.
It all depends on if your a personal account or not. Like my twitter is a mix between a personal account and a fan account (imma directioner, lovatic and etc) like it just all depends.
Just tweet awesome funny tweets and people will start to follow you.
