For a while, I felt tired all the time, as well. I think just staying inside/one place all the time causes this. Getting out for a small walk, or going places (shopping, library, etc) by yourself or with your friends can help alleviate this feeling. Just being physically active (that doesn't necessarily mean exercise) will help!

Dear Meena. That is a good sign, that you want to save your time and do something useful. Good. Study well. Determination is the first key. Decide and take a firm stand to plan your work and then work out your plan methodically. Let FB be a break between studies and to the limit of say 10 minutes. Good Luck

Just like tobacco, drugs, alcohol, FB is also an addiction. Instead of dealing with Faceless people on net, start interacting and enjoying living people around you. Spend more time with your parents, friends and relatives. Play games. Enjoy music. Once you develop the taste for activity with "live" people, your addiction will suddenly disappear. Good luck.
