Need seperate facebook page for students from personal?

Okay I am both a teacher and I drive a school but for out local district. Local and district policies dictates that if we are going to have students on our facebook accounts there needs to be a completely separate account for them, with the district name and the account much be completely unlocked for parents to view. Conversation should be kept to school related items only. So I have my personal profile, but what kind of FB profile is the best for this situation and how do I get it started? I was trying earlier but the two profiles kept trying to merge to my personal account. Don't want anything super complicated. Just a profile where I can accept students add request and so that they may talk to each other via open posts, and governed by me. Someone that I can do to place a picture of our bus as the profile picture, and give needed school information as I see fit. ANYONE that could help me with this I would GREATLY appreciate it! You can separately have a Public Fan page and you can make a group where the students can join and make school's own community.
