What are these two photo editing apps?
There are two types of pictures that Ive seen on Instagram, etc and I want to create them but I don't know what apps people use. I want to know how to put quotes on my pictures and how to do the doubling yourself effect. Thanks

Fotor-PES can add quotes to you pictures.
And you can add differt effects in the same time, and also you can adjust any of them.
