would people hate you and/or be jealous of you for going to a far away college instead of local ones?
I'm going to Indiana for college but currently live in KS. Friends and people from my high school found out about this on my social media. but i can tell some of them are jealous even though i'm genuinely happy about them going to their choices of colleges in KS. i don't feel too bad because most of these people treated me like an outcast in high school and left me out of parties and their social circles so i was the guy who sat by himself at lunch. But why would people jealous instead of being happy for you?
