What Sony Xperia Phone Should I Buy? (what do you recomend)?

i have a limit of 350$.
i need a phone with a good camra.
one that will hold for at least 2 years,
with a firm hold,
an addable memory card,
good internet connection,
not very old (meaning like 2012 is considered old)
and for it to be comfertable to use.

choose the sony xperia m. my friend just bought one and he is really happy with it. and it has a okay camera and battery. but maybe choose the google nexus 5 it is really fast has a lot of power good camera got apreium feel although you cant change the storage but i do higly recommend google nexus 5
