Help with Google+?

Hello!
So I'm new to Google+ for some time now but I have no idea how it works. A friend of me shared her page on my timeline but I don't know if I'm supposed to add this profile in my circles or not since she shared this privately with me.

Also a friend added me too. Am I supposed to add him back or just leave it like this?

Does Google+ work like Facebook OR Twitter in terms of adding someone?

You can use Google easily. you friend share her page in your timeline. you can open this page. At first you open Google. You can write that page URL and search and that you see your friend page and that page share.
