You should remove that statement from the generic terms and conditions form you are using, it is probably not a major issue, but a few paranoid consumers might be scared away, having heard how ad re-targeting uses cookies to effectively stalk a user.

i think you are covering yourself as i do the same thing - i'm not entirely sure if my site is using cookies or not...so i'm covering myself.
