How do i put all of my internet connection on one program?

For example, if i'm running a launcher that is downloading an update, and i want to pour ALL of my internet connection onto it, not literally of course, can i download some program that lets me do that?

I want to know because people are connected onto my wi-fi a lot and i can't download stuff properly, also, i run servers for videogames and want to reduce lag for my players.

If anyone has an answer, please share it with me.

Not clear what you are asking, your terms don't make sense.

For example, a launcher starts a program, it does not download anything.
