Do websites actually look at their feedback?

Look at yahoo answers they won't give people the option to send messages or change back to the old layout. Facebook wont add dislike and many many other things. Do they look at it and ignore it or do they not even bother? No site evet seems to even adress anything

Many of the websites don't unless the traffic is low
