My youtube videos wont upload?

whenever i try to upload a mp4 file to youtube, the file will either upload straight away and get stcuk at 0 percent processing, or get stuck at 14% upload

please help

It's either a bad connection, or your Cache / Virtual Memory / Page Filing is near-full.

Simply delete your "Cache" (plus "Cookies" and "History") -- and clear your RAM by
shutting-down & rebooting.  Afterwards, see if you're still getting the same nonsense.

The other thing you should do between shutting-down and rebooting is to TURN OFF
both your modem + router for about 30 seconds -- and then turn them back on again.
This will clear-up any potential ''static'' or ''kinks'', and re-set your internet connection.
(It don't matter how, or in what order, you do those:  modem/router or router/modem).
