I feel desperate...sad?

I was in this group on FB. Then i left it , bc it is taking all my time.
Now i dont now why i am feeling desperate i have great family
But i am so sad :'(
What to do to make me feel better...

It's just one group and it's on the internet, you must have a wonderful family, whilst many people in the world don't. Go somewhere fun with your friends and don't think much about it. Listen to some good music.
