This webpage should be able to give you some racing game options. Just not all of them will be facebook related though.

Maybe you should try the NFS (Need For Speed) series. You can download (not all of the games, just a few) the game and play it (it's online).
If you are a beginner in NFS, you should go and download Need For Speed World.
