my computer cant access the internet?
My computer can't access the internet. It shows there's a connection and it's connected to the router,Wi-FI. I also ran a scan and it said there were no problems, it says it's connected to the internet. However when I try to actually go online, using both internet explorer and Google chrome, it says it can't access the internet.

1st check status of your connection whether bytes are sending and receiving properly.... If yes then check your browser whether offline mode is on.... If yes then change it to online... If no then repair your connection and try again
