There are plenty of free online business directories you will want ot submit your business to, you probably want a company site with photos as well, that could be a little as free, though at least buying an official business domain name like WintertonSuites.com for $12 a year makes sense.
A free Google Places Page can be a powerful tool for being found locally, ideally you would want to be one of the top 7 A-G stickpins on the first page of results for the search: motels, Williston ND, looks like there are a total of perhaps 17, so it would take some sustained promotion effort to appear on the desirable first page of search results.
