I have AT&T Dsl Elite 5.08 Mbps.,,,,,,, will cat7 cable make it faster ? How much faster ??

The internet connection is determined by the ISP. No software nor hardware improvement will make it faster!

Changing the cat cable will make your connection to the router faster. Also it will make your connection faster between your other computers connected to the same router (only if the router and your network cards support gigabit connections - otherwise it would be a waste of money).

If you would like faster speeds, call your ISP and ask for optic sans the cable TV (because if someone is watching cable, he will drain from your internet connection).
