EA Games can be installed even without Internet connection?

My problem is when tring to install NFS MW when I have no connections to internet due to changing internet provider, it shows a error window that needs to close ea games, after that the proccess seems to continue loading all the data to finish instalation. But I sure remember when I first install it in my older computer and when connected to internet, it showed a lil windows that asked me to registrer insted the error message now, now my question is, due to no internet connection im not able to install the game properly? is this true?

OK So sorry the internet connection is on now and the same problem, so it semms to be some program i dont have installed

I don't know what NFS MW is, but the game should install regardless of internet connection. Now if it is an online only game then I could see it not being able to update to the right version. I have not seen a game that will not install at all because of no internet connection. You never have to register for something that you bought.
