I posted something stupid on twitter, help?

I have a teacher that I dislike greatly, he singles me out and makes fun of me in class. But I digress. I went on twitter and used a nickname and just said I thought he was stupid and that he gets off on being a jerk. I deleted the tweets but I'm not sure what else I can do. I referred to him as a nickname and never said his actual name

Next time, when you're angry or upset about something. Do not touch any social networks for probably an hour or one. During that half or one hr period, cool yourself down and you probably will be okay after that, so you would not post anything stupid online next time.
