how do I get skype friends or international friends from around the world that are about my age. or have the same belief or interests as me
what are some steps to this?

You can check out friend finder websites ... or sites where you can meet new people ... there are sites such as Badoo ... hi5 ... MeetOutside http://www.meetoutside.com/WebPages/meetnewpeople.aspx ... also you can try chat rooms such as Omegle ... ICQ ... although it does take time to find ones that really interest you ... but these are good starting places ...
