In a library lover? You may need to clarify that one. And since we know nothing whatsoever about your characters or the story you're writing anyway, it's probably irrelevant. No one can tell you what to write when there are millions of possibilities for conversations depending on the people, the setting, the theme of the story, etc.

How can we possibly help you if we don't know what you want them to be talking about. How wonderful libraries are?

We don't know what sort of personalities you want them to have, how old they are, what other interests they might have (which would be useful if the library lover were trying to point out why libraries are interesting places).

No, you need to make a stab at this yourself. You know what sort of people you have in mind. We don't.

I'd advice you on looking for some pages that express passion about reading to get you come up with more ideas. There's a facebook page called Book Connections, it's full of book loving quotes, it's all about reading and you will find lots of library pictures. They show the most outstanding libraries in the world. The page will certainly give you ideas how to get your character convince the other one about the importance and beauty of libraries. Anyway some research is always a good idea even when you think you already know...
