Is there a good free web host?

I am building a website in Microsoft Publisher. I heard that we have to use a web host to launch our website into the internet. So is thee any FREE web host which gives QUALITY web hosting? I don't think I can spend on a web host.

I use x10hosting for hosting my free websites, it works pretty well for me. Keep in mind that you won't get a proper domain for free, you have to pay for that. Occasionally companies do a free one in combination with a paid hosting package though.
