Please help with any advise. How do i get traffic on my online baby store and blog?

Hi everyone, i have a new blog only a few days old. Also have an online baby and children's boutique that i started in february( not yet a year), but i have no traffic on. It's been so hard to get any traffic.
I want to add more amazing products but with no traffic it's such a huge risk. I also started doing some advertizing online not long time ago. But i have not seen any change.
Please help me out with your suggestions and ideas. I would really appreciate.
I will not post any links her cause i just asked this question 2 min. ago and someone reported cause i had my website and blog link. I just wanted you to give me your honest opinion was not trying to advertise my stuff.
Any help would be appreciate.
