Isn't Instagram only for iPhone or Android users?
Or other smartphones?
How come some users have super nice quality pictures? Or pictures with BOKEHS?! I certainly doubt that any phone cameras can achieve that!
Do they take it on their DSLR camera first, then sync it to their phone, then upload it? o_o
I'm really confused and curious!

Yes I think they upload the pictures on their computer. The app is only available for iPhone at the moment.
