You cannot change your profile picture on mobile unless you link your Yahoo Account to your Facebook, if you have one. Then, the pictures will carry over. Otherwise, there is no way, because you cannot upload a picture to your Yahoo Profile on mobile. Not even switching to Desktop Mode will do it, so you have to wait until you're on a computer.
