Small Business Advertising Advise Needed!?
I'm going to do a target area mail out to advertise my new business and wanted some feed back on what is better.
Is a one page flyer outlining prices, services, contact info, etc or a tri-fold brochure with more detail the way to go?
It's going to be a landscaping business so wondering if people would take the time to read a brochure where a flyer is simple/ to the point?

IN MY OPINION, a brief description of quality services at great prices is better. Is your business "landscaping" or "landscape maintenance"? I see these being confused all of the time. Not many people start out doing actual landscaping, or landscape installations.

Either way if people aren't interested in what you are offering they will stop reading and throw it away. A tri-fold brochure is probably better only because you have more control over the first thing they see, which is what they are going to determine whether to keep looking by. On the other hand if you are offering coupons that will be appealing to potential customers you may want to go with a flyer so they see it without having to open a tri-fold.
