No that's a 3 week old Chinese site that could be shut down soon for counterfeiting before delivering people's orders.

They appear to also operate:

They have been cited in a legal notice from GUCCI AMERICA, INC.,

They're so cheap becuase they're fakes.

Oakley only sells discounted glasses through very select LICENSED retailers.

6pm.com and backcountry.com are 2 of them.
