Is monacorarecoins.com a legitimate website?

I saw their recent commercial for silver coins, and I was interested in buying. However, I don't know if they'll try to rip me off. I was hoping to find an answer from someone who has bought something from them before and could maybe tell me about their experience.

The website opened in 2007. In California. I went thru 2 pages of search engine results and only found one complaint.

Buying coins and cars is best done in person. You pay the money and leave with your purchase. Visit your local coin club and visit with the members. All of them will be selling or buying silver coins. The prices are always fair.
