Is it possible to use Asterisk without Internet connection?
Is it possible to use some type of free VOIP program that will work without without a internet connection??

Not really, the point of VOIP is to have an internet connection and use it as a phone...so yea kinda doesn't make sense not to...

Absolutely! YOu can use asterisk even having no internet connection. U can use it just in your LAN or Local Area Network.
