simple, if you r using A touch screen ..the long press the text you wanna send. There will be option to copy...copy and paste then in the msg window. this should help.

If you are using a mobile device, take that content on to your facebook page or your gmail, then copy the content from your mobile device and paste it in watsapp. Simple
