Why am I unable to tag my friends in posts on my Facebook Page?
I wonder why some of my friends in FB i can easily type up their names and they just appear right away and can easily be tagged on in my posting. But there are people who are also my friends but cannot be tagged? Why is that? Where is that privacy setting located at?

It's your friends' settings that are not allowing it. You'll have no control over it. Perhaps they don't want to be tagged. It protects them from being tagged in embarrassing photos.
