Should I finish College?!?!?

I attend community college where I'm about one more semester from transferring....The thing is I hate it. I have almost no friends. I spend all my time playing guitar and reading, my grades are alright probably about a 3.0 GPA although this semester is what really counts. The thing is I can't stand it here, there's a stigma from my high school years since this is my home town. In high school I had terrible social anxiety so most people thought I was a cold person and talked behind my back. I still see some of those people at my community college (although rarely) its terribly awkward. I don't know what to do....I know I'm smarter than most students and would definitely like to go to an excellent university, prefereably a UC, but I cannot take the stigma surrounding this town anymore. If a were to move somewhere else, maybe in state, would my grades transfer to another community college? How difficult is it to transfer to another community college, do your grades follow you or can you just startover? Any advice would be appreciated, I'm 19 BTW, kind of a hippie/musician type.

college isn't about friends babe you are spending thousands of dollars on your education not to make friends so you need to think to yourself are you there for school. do you want to get a good job. in your career field. if not then you shouldn't be there. go hangout with your friends and work at a gas station. figure out what you want.

cloveryer brought up a pretty good point...Think about your future man! At least change college, but don't drop out of it.
