I need a part time job, but...?

So I am 17 years old.. (I have had two jobs before). I really need (and Want!) a part time job!
The only REAL problem, though, is that my city is known for not having any jobs available, and nobody is hiring!

(I also really hate fast food places, and refuse to work at them.. so no fast food, please!)

Besides babysitting and at-home jobs, do you know of any places I could try? I have tried:
- Ice cream places
- Book stores
- Animal Kennels
- Vets/Hospitals (I took a chance..)
- Clothing stores (That I would actually mind working at)

So yeah Any other places I could try to get a job?

I used to be a janitor.. and I worked at a toy store over the Winter (It was only a seasonal job).
