I loooove Carly and i have tried everything to get followed by her, today she did a follow spree and i swear i put the hashtag that would get me a follow first, like literally the first to put it and i did that like 150 times and nothing, that was until i got tweet limit. please i need to know how to get Carly to follow me ! if she does follow you, could you DM her for me ? : )
