How can Twitter or Tumblr be Esperanto?
Hello! I speaking Esperanto, and wonder, can it be possible to make Twitter Esperanto?
I made account two days ago but, English the closest language I know there. I speaking Esperanto fluently, but, the option not there? Goes from "English" "English UK- EnglishUN" with no Esperanto? There is a web service maybe, that will let me make Twitter be Esperanto? Same maybe with, the web site Tumblr? I love Tumblr but still, there is no Esperanto. There is something fan-made that lets me change that? Thank you! Ads |

Highly unlikely since there are no native speakers itd be seen as a waste of time
Zirp, why would Twitter go through the hassle of making its webpage in Esperanto when people who speak it speak another language natively?, not commercially useful, business is business. Ads |

Mi ne scias ekzakte kiel ili faras, sed mi certas ke homoj uzas Tvitero por pepi en Esperanto.
I don't exactly know how they do it, but I know for a fact that people do use twitter to tweet in Esperanto. @ matt: actually there are a few hundred native speakers, there just are no *monolingual* native speakers (over the age of 5). Not that having native speakers or not makes any difference whatsoever |
