NEED HELP ABOUT GOPHONE PLAN...?

OK so i want a cell phone with a 4g. i want google play app instead of the stupid android market! i cant even get INSTAGRAM . as of right now i have a sony ericsson xperia 10x its a 3g

i have the $25 gophone plan! and love it. i want to buy either a htc inspire 4G or a samsung galaxy 2 skyrocket! but some people on the internet r saying 4G phones wont work on the gophone plans!?!?!?! IS IT TRUE??

SO what kind of phone can i get that would work find for my gophone plan...i want a nice touch screen kind of phone.

oh and yes i upgraded my sony ericsson phone and turn on in off my phone but still my android market didnt change to GOOGLE PLAY APP
