How do I clear my device history from Chrome? Chrome is showing 4 different history lists?

As you can see in this picture, even when I clear my history on Chrome, it still shows "history from this device" (Meaning my computer) and no matter what I do, I can't clear it. I've tried signing out, and signing in without the "history" box in the import settings checked. I've tried whatever advice I can find and I can't get rid of it. Does anyone know how?

Try disabling some unwanted extensions in chrome. Do a full scan of your computer with malwarebytes.

If the problem remains, you have to uninstall chrome manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

The manual uninstall process is not same as the usual uninstall process.
It is used to remove all chrome data from your computer to delete the corrupted system files.

(Backup your Bookmarks before uninstalling)
After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
