My computer is jumping around & messed up! Please help!?

I don't know what's wrong with it. I have a gateway & I use Torch because my internet explorer has gotten to where it doesn't want to work right & the google chrome. I was using firefox but for some reason a dozen new tabs pop up with something like player setup & pc booster or something. Well now on Torch every time I do a google web search and the results pull up my computer will move the page up and down over and over again and I can never look at the results without quickly scanning and clicking before the page moves again. It's like "something" is moving the little side bar up and down constantly. I also keep having these ebay hot deal ads pop up every time i'm on a shopping site. and it's always 2 or 3 of them and I have to click the x every time i pull up a page just to get them off. It's driving me crazy! what do I do? I uninstalled the yontoo (YT) downloader but that hasn't stopped anything. Please help me! also the computer is only a few months old & it didn't start this til about the first of the week. It's also windows 8
And I don't ever shop on ebay so i don't know why the deal ads keep popping up

First off try installing Adblock on chrome.

Another good idea is to go into your control panel and look for installed programs. If there is anything in there that you don't recognize as original, or is suspicious,.uninstall it.

After you have tried those things I would go into Task Manager which is usually available with CTRL ALT DEL and look through what is running when the problem occurs to identify anything weird, which you can then look up what everything does and see if it is bullshit or not.

If none of that stuff works, your touchpad is probably screwed or you are misusing it and you are better off with Gateway tech support at that point than Yahoo answers.

Uninstall every program (browser extensions, toolbars included) you don't want, need, or wish would die. Browser extensions are NOT GOING TO FIX THIS. Download Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://www.winhelp.us/configure-avast-fr...virus.html Ebay don't give you malware, having an unsecured computer and installing programs that have malware install with it cause malware. Torch is NOT a security based browser, that's geared more for media. You have pop-ups ad's because you have malware that's opening the door to it. Changing browsers will not fix your issues.
