Robotussin Side Effects?

Im 15. I take 20 mg of Lexapro for past year.
Past wek i have taken about 15 15 mg dextro pills a day in combo with my med 2-6 shots of rum and 1-4 300 mg caffine pills.
I feel phychosis symptoms but i have no dialated pupils(no serious seritonin syndrom)
Im gonna take a few months of being ****** uf. What is causing this physchosis like symptoms
Also whenever I go to bed I trip hella hard. I think I may be ultimately sensitive to robo once i Oded and was in a phycosis state for 3 weeks. that time i drank 2 4 oncebottles though which is closer to a fourth platue.
