Whats the average salary of the average seo sole practitioner?

I am a young individual...... that is thinking about getting into search engine optimization or accounting.

I am very analytical and a good strategist, but I am also good at working with numbers.

As any of the two, I'd like to make around 250K a year (I live in Canada).

Which one has more money in it?

Is it possible to make 250 K a year as a sole practitioner sem/seo/internet marketer.

I dont know about accounting but SEO has good money if your are running your own business. I and my hubby run our own business of SEO and web design but point here to be noted is the number of clients you get and how much are they willing to pay. Plus consider your expenses of running your own business included your office maintenance, staffing and misc expense. To be honest if you are startup making 250K a year is not very easy. But once you are in business, you have couple of clients would you think will stick to you you can make around 150K or more.
