he hasn't followed me back, and I know he has been on twitter lately because 1.) he followed like 3 other people who followed him around or maybe before the same time I did 2.) he updated his bio, profile pic and background 3.) he has tweeted. I followed him a while back, then unfollowed, then followed again, but I got nothing in return. We know each other by the way (not all crazy, but we have talked for a little bit a couple of times). What should I do?? Should I dm him, about basketball (because we both play) or idk??? any advice would be extremely helpful!! Thanks Smile
BTW AGAIN, WE HAVE TALKED A FEW TIMES, LIKE WE HAD PE TOGETHER AND WE KNOW EACH OTHER, SO WHY HASNT HE FOLLOWED ME BACK?? HAHA

Twitter, Facebook, etc are not dating sites. Also, it very easy to have your timeline on Twitter be maxed out with inane posts from "friends"...whether you know them or not. Most people like to follow only a few people that you actually want to hear from. Otherwise, they can look up any person's tweets except for those that have a private account.

My guess is that he isn't interested in getting tweets from you or to have everything you type and retweet clog up his timeline. That's his perogative.

I'm not sure why you are taking this so personally or making a big deal about it. Leave it alone. Just because you follow him doesn't mean he has to follow you. If he wants to read what you say, he can look you up from time to time.

Leave him alone and realize that it's very easy to have a clogged timeline and most just choose close friends and those they are interested in hearing from.

Time to grow up a bit. If you want to talk to him, then talk in person.
