Is it weird that I like someone I've never met?

She's from a different country and we've been talking on kik for about 2 months (I know it's not like the normal way of "dating" someone) and we're not dating even though I like her and I think she likes me. And yes, I know she's real because I follow her on twitter and we've been on Skype. It's just we have the same personality and she's like my type, plus she's really pretty.

But I was wondering if people think this is weird?

I don't think its weird at all, I talk to people on kik but just a genuine conversation lol. I've had a long distance relationship before and I have to say it was the best relationship I've been in, and I've had a lot haha, like you we skyped a lot and for sure if you know she's real and you like her, go for it don't let anyone stop you because it might be perfect

i had this happen to me 3 times. 2wice in the last year. the last one is my gf and we've gotten caught up in this thing. this whimsical tale. But it's a fantasy. you see an illusion further away as the ultimate everything that satisfies every waking need because you aren't physically close enough to encounter her. so you substitute what you can't see with great expectations.
