My dear there are many web-hosting domains but none is free or if it is free sometime you may get a feel of dissapointmant with their service.

If u want to start giving music lessons u then making an account on youtube and adding videos to your channel may be an option.

Check out webs.com I use it for my web site and although my site is only for information and not for commerce, I think it might work for you too. Any free hosting site will have ads.
